Report a bug
Something broke, froze, or looks wrong? Tell us. Bug reports from families are how Sprout gets better, and we read every one.
What to send
Email support@sproutgoodhabits.com with as much of this as you can:
- What you were doing when it happened.
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead.
- Your device model (for example, iPhone 15 or iPad 9th generation).
- Your OS version (in Settings, under General, then About).
- Which app it happened in (parent or kid) and the app version.
- The email address on your parent account.
Half a report is still a report. Send what you have and we will ask about the rest.
Please do not include anything about your child
Do not attach or include child photos, videos, voice recordings, or task transcripts, and leave out your child’s full name and birth date. If we ever need any of it to fix the bug, we will ask in a follow-up with clear instructions. Until we ask, please keep it out of the report.
What happens next
A person on the Sprout team replies within 1 business day. If the fix takes longer, we keep you posted instead of going quiet.
