Privacy requests
As the parent, you hold the rights to your child’s data. You can ask us to show it, hand it over, or erase it, at any time and for any reason.
The four things you can ask for
Review
We show you what personal information Sprout has collected from your child.
Get a copy
We send you an export of your child’s data in a readable format.
Delete
We delete your child’s personal information from our systems.
Refuse or withdraw consent
We stop collecting information from your child. Because Sprout cannot run without it, this also ends your child’s use of the app.
How to make a request
Email privacy@sproutparental.com from the email address on your parent account and name the request type, for example “please delete my child’s data.” We verify your identity before acting on any request, so nobody else can ask about your child’s data.
We respond within 48 hours and complete requests within 30 days.

Not a privacy request?
For everything else, setup questions, bugs, billing, use general support. It keeps privacy requests on their own track, where they get answered fastest.
