- Your iPhone with the Sprout parent app
- Your child's iPad with the Sprout kid app
- Access to the parent email account
- A computer for the easiest ChatGPT setup
- Your child's basic profile information
- One family situation you want help with
What can wait until later
You do not need to configure every reward, Screen Time rule, family goal, or future plan during setup. Finish one working plan first. Add more only after you know what your child sees and what you receive back.

Summer Lab includes help from the Sprout team. Ask in the adult-only Discord community or write to support@sproutgoodhabits.com. Tell us the step where you stopped, the parent-device model, the child-device model, and what appeared on screen. Do not send child photos, videos, voice recordings, full names, or birth dates.
