Delete your Sprout account
The fastest way: in the app
Open the Sprout parent app, go to Profile, and choose Delete account. That removes your family account, your children’s profiles, and your family’s data. You do not need to email anyone or wait for a reply.
If you can’t access the app
Email support@sproutgoodhabits.com from the email address on your parent account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is really you before deleting anything, and deletion completes within 30 days of your request.
