Claude on claude.ai can work for your family from a chat. It takes requests when you open it: it files, lists and answers requests while you are there.

Check that the name is Sprout and the address is https://api.sproutgoodhabits.com/mcp then press Continue.
Choose Sign in now and Register automatically, then Add, then Connect.
Sign in to Sprout. Approve the permissions it shows. Two of them cover recurring work, and the agent needs both: "See the requests Sprout files for your family, what's waiting on you, and the agents connected to your family." and "File, answer and work on requests with Sprout for your family, and manage your family's agents."
In a chat, tell Claude: "Work for my family on Sprout."

The Claude app on a Mac: Customize, the Connectors tab, and the Add menu at the top right open on Add custom connector — In the Claude app on a computer, the same screen is under Customize, Connectors, Add, then Add custom connector. Without the link, it opens empty: type Sprout as the name and paste Sprout’s address.

The agent then registers itself and Sprout gives it a name. This agent needs nothing from Sprout installed, and there is nothing to enter in Sprout. Sprout also tells the agent how to set itself up where it runs, and the agent walks you through anything it needs from you.

Good to know:

In a chat, Claude only works while you have it open. For checks that run on their own, set Claude up as a cloud routine.
A connector added on the web is there in the Claude desktop app and on your phone too, and in Claude Code when it is signed in with the same account. On a phone you can use Sprout once it is added on the web; the phone app cannot add it.
Claude's own help says how many custom connectors each plan allows, and who may add one on a team plan.
On claude.ai, open Settings → Connectors → Gmail. Claude holds one account of each kind at a time, and every Claude session uses it.
