One email for everything
Write to support@sproutgoodhabits.com for any question: setup, billing, your account, a confusing screen, or anything else. There is no phone tree and no chatbot. A person on the Sprout team reads every message, and you can expect a reply within 1 business day.
What to include
- The email address on your parent account, so we can find your family.
- Your device and app version, if the question is about something on screen.
- What happened, in your own words. Plain descriptions are perfect.
Please leave out photos, videos, or recordings of your child, and their full name or birth date. We almost never need them, and when we do, we will ask with instructions. There is more on this in our bug-report guidance.
Privacy requests
Requests about your child’s data, such as reviewing it, getting a copy, deleting it, or withdrawing consent, have their own path so they reach the right people fast. See privacy requests.
A note about children
By design, children cannot contact Sprout directly. The kid app has no contact form and no way to message Sprout or any third party. All support goes through a parent, and a parent can write to us on their child’s behalf at any time.
